We produce (and accept transfer tools), to run both low-volume & high-volume production of plastic injection parts. With the option to run the tool at Quantum ‘s facility or transfer to our customers facility, we have a package to suit every diverse need.

Quantum also produces “Bridge tools” that are made with a variety of materials and design options to help for product validation, during construction of a high-volume, multi-cavity production tool. These tools offer the speed of a prototype tool with the quality of a production tool; this unique, hybrid option has been realized as a solution for many of our customers.
